At Accord, we are dedicated to offering a quality service to our customers. Our clients range from Tea and Coffee Retailers, Caterers, Wholesalers, Departments Stores, Gift Shops, Promotion Houses and others. We work very closely with all our customers to ensure that we can supply them with the product they require.

All our teas are personally sampled and selected by the directors so that quality and consistency are assured, and with a list of more than 80 teas from around the world, and a wide selection of herbal and fruit infusions, we are able to supply customers with the teas that suit their particular business.

The teas are packed at our factory in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. Production Director, Phil Webber, makes sure that the factory runs efficiently and that orders go out as quickly as possible; Production Manager, Dan Sharps, works with Phil to ensure an efficient operation, and our team of experienced packing staff add their invaluable hard work.
