Accord Fine Teas was established in 1984 (becoming incorporated as Accord Services Ltd in 1989 and changing to Accord Tea Services Ltd in 2005) and fills a particular niche in the quality tea market. We offer a selection of over 80 teas from around the world, manufacture a variety of tea bags and supply a wide range of tea accessories to the hotel, catering and retail trades. We also pack 'own label' teas for a number of customers.

The company is a member of The Tea Council and the Ethical Tea Partnership and has always maintained the principles of fair trade.

The Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) works to monitor conditions of tea production around the world to ensure that tea estates comply with the relevant laws and union agreements of their country in the areas of employment (including minimum age and wage levels); education; maternity; health and safety; housing and basic rights. The ETP strives to work in close partnership with the producers and other stakeholders to encourage open dialogue to ensure appropriate living and working conditions of tea estate workers and seek improvements where needed.
